For two days at the Theatre festival au Carré, 9×20 will be shown in a short version. This piece is directed by Franco Dragone and Vincent Engel. The idea came from a photo story I did in 2006 on prison sells. The subject includes topics such as freedom, confinement and responsability. The stage will be backed with a giant screen and photos of the story will be projected.
In 2008 during the Olympics I had an exhibition in the Hutongs of Beijing.
The photos are still on the walls in the streets but are now part of a collage.

In February we did a video interview and a photo session of Ms Runa Khan and Dr Muhammed Yunus. The agenda was to have an open discussion on video for “Extrattitude” a platform under construction featring Extraordinary people.
During four weeks I lectured with the photo department of La Cambre school in Brussels on the theme: “Inspiration”. On January 30 the students as well as the teachers showed their work on ” Christmas at home”.
During the 2008 Beijing Olympics, with the help of my son Lorenzo, we created a street exhibition in the Hutongs. Every day we would enlarge and frame some pictures shot earlier during the competitions and give them to the people living in the hutong were we were lodged.( at Qianliang Hutong in the Dongcheng district.). This was our way to integrate with locals and share with them my work and moments of life. This ” hutong exhibition” was filmed by Lin Fei ( Chinese Moviemaker) and will be part of a short movie called : The Hutongames.
It is about world “no man’s land ” betwen the artist and myself. A puzzle made of reality.
