Eskutcha.com is a website and a foundation I try to initiate . It is the phonetic spelling of the word listen ( escucha ) in Spanish.
Eskutcha.com is a website helping “local communities” to built consensus and write a resolution on a given topic on line.
It is based on similar rules and values than the ones used by the “Indignados” protesters in spring 2011 during their assemblies in Puerta del Sol in Madrid.
