The movement of the hand, the speed of rotation, the light, the objects photographs create images reminding music scores. What about reverting the process and start with music and decide to create images in reference, in a score mode, images done with the panorama mode of a cell phone.

An exhibition of sport images from the Olympics, the Tour de France etc … A diiferent eye, looking at things like a spectator would look at an opera play. The Diva but also the stage, the music the decor.

I asked the students of La Cambre School of Arts in Brussels ( photography section ) to create a piece starting from an old stereoscopic box dated 1890 representing the life of Christ in 100 images on glass. Their work was exhibited at ETE78 a space dedicated to contemporary art and essays.
Ten photographers and artists participated at a workshop I directed in Cotonou Benin. Every night their work would be shown on the main stage of the Cotonou Couleurs Jazz Festival. This initiative was organized by Martine Boucher head of an NGO promoting Arts and Design artists in the region.

ULI is a primitive statue from New Ireland in Papua New Guinea. We worked with the collector to define what the character of the object was and decided to interprete with photos these features. This work will be part of a book dedicated to ULI. I was helped by art photographers Mauro Magliani and Edouard Janssens
